The top of the waterproof pouch sits proudly and presses into your hip. The water proofing itself wasnt brilliant and let water in multiple times.

The pocket is 100% dry, so we need to understand what’s happened here, we will email you privately but it would be good to know what you had in your pocket. If the pocket is over filled it can compromise the seal (as described in the guide you would have received. Also we need to ensure there is not a fault with your pocket itself - all items are tested fully, but damage can happened. Either way we want to make sure your shorts are fit for purpose. Regarding the feeling of the pocket, it will be noticeable a little, but that is the compromise for peace of mind. But please do reply to us so we can investigate the urgently and seriously.
