The Waterproof Pocket is made using a flexible solution with rare earth magnets (which are both phone and credit card safe) and a carbon neutral TPU. The pocket is self closing and used three bars for a triple, and 100% safe, seal.

The customer service: After ordering a pair of aquatic blue waterproof shorts, it came apparent that owing to a 3rd party issue there would be a delay in receiving my original order. I contacted the RC team to highlight the delay. Dave and his team were very quick to response and to reassure me that they would do everything they could to rectify the delay. Updating me throughout, the RC team resolved the issue and I received my shorts. For top notch customer service : 5 stars. Product: I was intrigued by the promise of a waterproof pocket. Upon receiving them , I saw that they were packed and presented with pride. The quality of the product was also clear to see. The testing was in the swimming: The shorts (M size) were true to size and very comfortable. Placing tissue paper into the WP pocket and went for a swimming. At the conclusion, I removed the tissue paper and found it to be bone dry. In short (too late maybe) , good fit, excellent quality and as advertised with a waterproof pocket : Job Done. I decline the photo and video request, no one deserves that. I look forward to purchasing a second pair.

It's too small and the dry pocket is too small by at least one size out it is as if made in china where XXL comes out to L

The shorts are a really good idea with the waterproof pocket. The mechanism seems sound. The only negative for me and it’s quite a big one is that it does affect the comfort of wearing the short. This is especially an issue when sitting down as the seal is firm and struggles to bend so feels awkward. The shorts sit quite low on the hips and I prefer a more standard fit. I think they have potential but are very expensive and I’m not sure how much I’ll wear them.
It’s what I was looking for, comfortable and the pocket works.

Havent tested the waterproof nature of the special pocket fully, but from a secure aspect they were awesome, felt very at ease having my stuff safely in there, even if only dipping into the sea with the children.
